1782078 - SAP Alias import not working after installing patch 5 on BI 4.0 SP4

• SAP users are no longer imported into the BI system
• SAP aliases cannot be manually added to the system either receive error below

"CSecSAPR3Binding::XRFCCnxBroker::BorrowConnection() failed. See following log entries for details. Failed while trying to log on to SAP system. The following RFC error was returned: [Group, Key, Message]: [3, "", "Password must be changed."]. The entitlement system has been disabled in memory. This may be because the SAP system is unavailable or because the credentials are invalid. The entitlement system has to be re-enabled before it can be used again. "

• SAP entitlement system was working previously in BI4 SP04
• Entitlement system is configured with an SAP communications user
• If entitlement system user is changed to dialog user then SAP aliases can be imported manually without error

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 Support Pack 4 patch 5 likely Patch 3 and patch 4 will be affected as well
• All version of Bi 4.0 that are using SAP RFC 7.20 version (this may include SP2 and future SP releases as well as minor versions)
