SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1782199 - PM/TM - Goals/Calibration Grid/Roadmap/Development Plan are blank (Flash Island)

Symptom

  • In the Employee/Manager Appraisal form screen, when trying to click on any button or function, the application hangs and is not responding.
  • There are blank spaces at the top of the portal screen:

  • When launching Team/Corporate Goals, the left hand side of the page is blank/grayed out so no goals can be seen/created:

  • In Talent Management, the Calibration Grid is not displayed:

In Talent Management, the Development Plan is rendered with the header data only:
