1782888 - Promotion Management Toolbar fails showing blank spaces and failing with Unexpected error debugging JSF Component error

Symptom

  • LCM throws "Unexpected error debugging JSF Component" each time we try to navigate in promotion management.
  • When logged into CMC via Internet Explorer, the top level menu does not even show up. This is the same menu which enables us to manage systems and configure overrides.
  • When logged into CMC via Firefox, an error "Unexpected error debugging JSF Component" pops up.
  • Issue persists after clearing Application server and Browser cache
  • Redeploying BOE web application does not resolve the issue
