1782997 - Wrong characters using a dynamic recipient publication based on Hebrew

After selecting a Web Intelligence (or Desktop Intelligence) report for the dynamic recipient list in a publication, attempting to map the report fields for the recipients, the full name and email disappear completely when the characters are not ASCII based (like Hebrew).

Also, when the dynamic recipient report name is in Hebrew, and added to the publication report, the Hebrew name entered is not displayed as expected, and instead shows invalid characters( £$^"^"&")
