How to Hire a Service Agent as an Employee?

Resolution

In order to hire a Service Agent as an Employee, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Personal Administration work center.
  2. Select Regular Tasks view.
  3. Click Hire Service Agent as Employee.
  4. Choose the Service Agent ID.
  5. Input all the following mandatory fields at least.
    1. Administrative Category
    2. Work Agreement
    3. Agreed Working Hours
    4. Hire Date
    5. Organizational Unit (If the Organizational Unit is already maintained in the Service Agent's General Infotmation, the data will be automatically filled)
    6. Job (If the Job is already maintained in the Service Agent's General Infotmation, the data will be automatically filled)
  6. Click Save.

This task will hire an Service Agent as an Employee.

Note: After performing this action, the Service Agent ID should be replaced with the new Employee ID.
