You have created and activated an implementation of BAdI MD_EXT_SUP.

Symptom 1:
During the MRP execution, stock transfers between storage locations are created, however, the BAdI implementation is not called.

Symptom 2:
When creating a pldord in t-code MD11, special procurement key like stock transfers from plant to MRP area is set in MRP area, 
however, the BAdI implementation is not called and system does not automatically pops up the issue storage location (PLAF-RESLO).
