Symptom

When opening Crystal Reports from Live Office,

  • The following error is returned:  "An error occurred from parameter control. (LO 02030)"
  • Also, RAS becomes unresponsive, and must be re-started.
  • The issue only occurs intermittently, with no obvious pattern.
