Symptom

  • Unable to view any Web Intelligence (WebI) documents via Microsoft SharePoint 2010 after upgrading from BI4.0 SP02 Patch15 to BI4.0 SP04.
  • The following errors will occur in IE browser:
    load: class com.sap.webi.ui.jrp.WebIAppletStartup not found.
    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.webi.ui.jrp.WebIAppletStartup
