Symptom

Creating Web Intelligence (WebI) document via universe using Tomcat7 in BOE XI3.1 SP5 generates following errors in localhost.YYYY-MM-DD.log.

java.io.FileNotFoundException: The requested resource (/InfoViewApp/common/img.list.heading.fill) is not available
           at org.apache.catalina.servlets.DefaultServlet.serveResource(DefaultServlet.java:776)
           at org.apache.catalina.servlets.DefaultServlet.doGet(DefaultServlet.java:411)
           at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:621)
