Symptom
The Add button is greyed out in Attachments tab for Sales Campaign when the Campaign is in Active or Finished state.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales Campaigns > Campaigns.
- Open the desired Campaign.
- Go to Attachments tab.
- See the Add button is greyed out.
Cause
Campaigns with 'Planned' status will have the Add button to be used. While for Campaigns with Status 'In Approval', 'Active' or 'Finished' will not be possible to add attachments.
Once a campaign is prepared or sent, its content is locked to maintain consistency. Modifying attachments could alter the intended message, potentially leading to discrepancies between what was planned and what recipients receive. Many marketing and communication regulations require that sent materials remain unchanged for audit and compliance purposes. Allowing attachments to be added later could violate these rules.
Also, once sent, campaigns are often processed and stored in a way that prevents further modifications. Attachments are typically embedded or linked at the time of sending, meaning adding new files after the fact is not feasible. If attachments could be modified after a campaign is active, different recipients might receive different materials, leading to confusion and inconsistent messaging. Allowing changes post-sending could introduce errors or inconsistencies in tracking, reporting, and delivery, impacting campaign analytics and performance monitoring.
In summary, once a Campaign is in one of the mentioned statuses, the attachments is not usable to preserve content integrity, compliance, and user experience.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
