1785880 - Users receive HTTP 404 and 500 errors randomly when navigating folders in infoview running on a weblogic cluster

After upgrading a working XI3.1 environment from SP3 to SP5 fixpack5.2, Users receive HTTP 404 and 500 errors randomly.

• On Infoview, when clicking the Document List button, and trying to expand the Public folder,  the screen changes to a white page with the message:
  An error has occurred.
• when scheduling a Webi report and clicking refresh at the History screen to see if the report had finished refreshing,  user gets the missing page error
  404 error.
