Unable to activate ENVIRONMENTSHELL in BPC 10.X.

The following short dump is found in ST22:

Application Component  BW-BEX-OT

Exception condition "X_MESSAGE" raised.

    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

    keywords:

     "RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "

    "SAPLRRSI" or "LRRSIF00"

    "X_MESSAGE_SPEC"

     or

     "SAPLRRSI" "X_MESSAGE"

     or

     "UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT " "X_MESSAGE"
