1786495 - Could not establish connection to Integration Engine error in PI

When viewing the Process Integration (PI) Message Monitoring Database (Overview) the following error is thrown: 

• Could not establish connection to Integration Engine <SID> Exception Message: ViewException in Method: CentralViewManager: getIProfiles(IApplication, boolean ). Failed to retrieve the Profile's. Message: Aggregation job not scheduled (Report RSXMB_AGG_DATA_CONDENSE). Messagetype: E. Message number: 109. Message id: XMS_MONI.

• Could not initialize Message Overview application for component Integration Engine <SID>. Please check the log files in NetWeaver Administrator for more information. The original exception is: com.sap.aii.mdt.server.statistics.ViewException: Message: ViewException in Method: com.sap.pi.monitor.statistics.ABAPMsgOverviewDataProvider.getlProfiles.
