1787015 - Changing Web Intelligence preference setting to Web as view setting in the BI Launchpad unlocks Web Intelligence creation right if denied.

Symptom

  • If the user is denied the right "document - Enable Creation" the user should not be able to create new reports.
  • The right works fine until the user goes into the Web Intelligence (WEBI) preferences and alter the view setting to "Web"
  • After the change of this preference; the same user suddenly is able to create new WEBI reports.
