Symptom

When a user refreshes a WebI report based on a universe on which he doesn't have access, Web intelligence returns the following errors:

  • "Error when trying to refresh the current report" 
  • "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API.(Error:ERR_WIS_30270)(WIS 30270)"
