1789072 - When viewing Crystal report in BI Launchpad, description is lost after selecting value from prompt selection window

Symptom

  • Different result is displayed after selecting value in the prompt selection window in BI Launchpad
  • Prompt selection shows key-description format but after selection, only the key is displayed

Note: The option 'prompt with description only' doesn't have any impact on the result. 

In Crystal Reports for Enterprise Designer, the key-description is displayed correctly if the 'prompt with description only' option is enabled.
