  • Teradata connection works in Designer
  • EIM Adaptive Processing Server running on Linux/Unix
  • Connection test fails to Teradata data source in Workbench
  • Error: ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <data source name> failed:  <[DataDirect][ODBC lib] System information file not found.  Please check the ODBCINI environment variable.>.  Notify Customer Support.
