1789320 - Transaction CIC0: filter by Contact does not work.

Symptom

  • While viewing a Business Partner in transaction CIC0 (Customer Interaction Center) which has multiple Contract Accounts, when using the filter in the data environment view, the contacts are not getting filtered.
  • In transaction CIC0, filter in the component NAV_VIEW by Contact does not work.
