1789504 - No Employees Are Available to Add to an Org Unit

You are trying to add an employee to an org unit, but no employees are listed (or only service agents are displayed, in case there's any in the system).

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Organizational Management work center.
2. Access the Edit Org Structures work center view.
3. Select the relevant org unit.
4. Go to Employees tab.
5. Click the Add button.
6. In the value help for the new field, no employees are listed.

For any org unit, you can only assign Service Agents through Add button of the Employees tab.

The system works as designed.

If you want to assign an employee, that should be done through Personnel Administration work center.
