Symptom

  • Job "Refresh Message Status" (Program "AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP_WS") is canceled with below error:
    Report canceled. Too many entries in lock table AIC_ICT_LOCK_UPD
    Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
    "Message No. AI_CRM_IM_ICT_EXCH062"


  • Transaction SOLMAN_INCIDENT_UPD shows the following error:
    "In accordance with input fields, status cannot be changed"
    Message no. CRM_STATUS002"
