Symptom
- Getting the following error when a DeskI report is saved to PDF from Infoview - "Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator [RCIRAS0546] (Error INF)" occurs.
- The same error occurs when the user try to print the same report from InfoView.
- Issue not reproducible on Desktop Intelligence client.
- Issue is reproducible on Solaris environment.
