1790345 - PXA_NO_SHARED_MEMORY on Windows platforms

You get short dumps with error "PXA_NO_SHARED_MEMORY"  in transaction ST22.

In developer trace (dev_wXX) of the  affected  work process, it is shown an error similar to this one:

I  *** ERROR => [CreateOsShm] CreateFileMapping(6,2000000 KB) failed with Err=1455 
              ERROR_COMMITMENT_LIMIT: The paging file is too small for this operation to complete. [shmnt.c      2263]
I  *** ERROR => ShmCreate: Create (6,2048000000,1) failed [shmnt.c      535]
