Symptom

  • Business Planning and Consolidation Diagnostic ends with two errors (on the .NET server for 'SAP ABAP Server Connection' and 'Microsoft Message Queue'):
    • Error 1: [SAP ABAP Server Connection] -> Database Connection -> Status: ERROR
    • Error 2: [Microsoft Message Queue] -> Queue Name: .\privaye$\BPCStatusMessageQueue -> Status: ERROR

  • Internet Explorer HTTP error received when attempting to reach the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation "Osoft" web site: Error 'HTTP Error 500.19 -Internal Server Error'   ( check attached screenshot 'IIS error.jpg')
