Symptom

  • Tomcat can not be stopped after activating the Xcelsius QaaWS Endpoint even executing tomcatshutdown.sh in Linux.
  • The following errors occur in <Install Directory>/bobje/tomcat/logs:
    {ERROR} session.ManagerBase Thread [main];  IOException while saving persisted sessions: java.io.FileNotFoundException: <Install Directory>/bobje/tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost/BusinessProcessBI/SESSIONS.ser (No such file or directory)
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: <Install Directory>/bobje/tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost/BusinessProcessBI/SESSIONS.ser (No such file or directory)
