1793945 - First refresh of Web Intelligence report using Active Directory fails with error: "The document cannot be created or opened. ACCESS DENIED (WIS 30600)"

First refresh of a Web Intelligence report using Active Directory authentication and end-to-end SSO produces the error below.  After closing the error, subsequent refreshes are successful.

“The document cannot be created or opened. The error code is: ACCESS DENIED. (WIS 30600)”
