1794070 - java.io.FileNotFoundException: bootstrap/bootstrap.properties (The file access permissions do not allow the specified action)

Symptom

  • Startup of the AS java fails with the following error

           "ERROR => The Java VM terminated with a non-zero exit code.
            Please see SAP Note 943602 , section 'J2EE Engine exit codes"

  • In the bootstrap logs, the following error is visible

           "Caused by:
             java.io.FileNotFoundException: bootstrap/bootstrap.properties (The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.)
