Symptom

  • When rescheduling an existing instance, then attempting to define new Prompt values, the error is returned:  "Internal error. Please contact your system administrator. (CRS 200001) [CRCAF00000021]"
  • This issue occurs in both the Central Management Console and BI LaunchPad
