1794332 - Reference Field (XBLNR) in Asset Workflow (Transaction AR01)

• Field 'Reference" (BKPF-XBLNR) is missing in the workflow tasks for a worklist in transaction AR01.
• This is a field that would be available in the standard manual transaction used for the process, like for example in transaction FB01; however using this manual transaction it is not an option if multiple assets must be retired. Therefore you want to use a work list for mass retirement. The field is already available for other tasks/activities (e.g. impairments) and is included within the work list as standard but not for retirement.
• The reference field (XBLNR) should be added as an input field to the workflow tasks for 'Retirement with revenue' OR 'Retirement without revenue' as it is a business requirement. Yet, this field does not seem to be available in the pop-up window in the work list.
