1794511 - BPC - "OSoftComLibServer.dll is locked" appears in the OSoftSP1Install.log file

Symptom

"OSoftComLibServer.dll is locked" message appears in the OSoftSP1Install.log file.

Other files may be listed including:-

  • OSoftSchedulingAuditLauncher.exe
  • OSoftSchedulingDMLauncher.exe

The OSoftSP1Install.log file is found in the C:\PC_MS directory (v7.5) by default. The file is created and updated by any BPC service pack installation.
