1794981 - Unable to "Create Account from Existing Business Partner"

When trying to create Accounts from Create Account from Existing Business Partner option, some of the Business Partner IDs are not available for selection.

SAP Business ByDesin

1. Go to Account Management work center.
2. Select Accounts view.
3. Select New Corporate Account or New Private Account under Common Tasks.
4. Select You can also button and choose Create Account from Existing Business Partner option.
5. Search for the Business Partner ID or Name.
6. No result.

1. Go to Business Partner work center.
2. Select Business Partner view.
3. Choose Create As button.
4. Account is grayed out.

• The Business Partner is already an Account or Prospect.
• This can be validated by searching in Account Management for the ID.

• The system works as designed.
• This functionality allows to create a New Account from a existing Business Partner that hasn't been converted into an Account yet.
