1795066 - Customizing of text schema is not maintained for RFx and Response documents

Symptom

Dump occurs in the system with the following text:

Exception condition "TEXTSCHEME_NOT_MAINTAINED" raised.
A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLBBP_PDH_TEXT" raised the exception
condition "TEXTSCHEME_NOT_MAINTAINED".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
