Symptom

Dump occurs in the system with the following text:

Exception condition "TEXTSCHEME_NOT_MAINTAINED" raised.A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLBBP_PDH_TEXT" raised the exception
condition "TEXTSCHEME_NOT_MAINTAINED".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
