1795417 - UME service startup fails:java.lang.NoSuchMethod

Symptom

Application Server Java is not starting and observed the following errors in the startup logs:

std_serverX.out

Start UMEService Failed: "Technical details: sap.conn.jco.JCoException:JCO_ERROR_RESOURCE:Destination UMEBackendConnection could not be created:java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:com.sap.security.core.server.destinations.lib.RFCDestinationCore.setLogi(Ljava/lang String;)"
