1795444 - Customer / Vendor Name1 Truncated or Not Fully Displayed in Search Results (GUI & Fiori, S/4HANA Cloud, OnPrem)

• When opening the search help for Customer / Vendor Master, full name not displayed on screen
• Customer / Vendor name is truncated
• When users search customer / vendor using the last few characters, system does not find the characters which are after 25
• When user search customer / vendor using the name, system considers only the first 25 characters, even though 40 characters are allowed as per the field "NAME1".
• LFA1- NAME1 is 35 places long, LFA1- MCOD1 is 25 places long.

Public Cloud

• In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Fiori UI), during customer search in apps like Create Sales Order (VA01), the Name1 field value appears truncated in the results list, even though the full name is visible in Customer Master.
• This limits users' ability to differentiate customers when names begin with similar prefixes.
