1796116 - The object server names on both SLDs are equal – Error at Content Synchronization

Symptom

  • Two PI (Process Integration) Systems with different system IDs (SID) are present on the same physical host. Each of the systems uses a different, local SLD (System Landscape Directory), which is also present on the same host.
  • Content Synchronization between the two PI systems gives the error:
    The object server names on both SLDs are equal. Remote and local SLD must have different object server names.
