1796399 - Few metrics are being reported for node 'SAP Netweaver' in wily due to error "AutoProbe will not run because the directives files could not be loaded ... hotdeploy"

After the execution of the Managed System Configuration for a JAVA or Dual Stack system, in the wily investigator there are only few metrics being reported for node 'SAP Netweaver' of relevant systems. The metrics like SAP J2EE and JMX are missing.  The following picture describes the issue:

SAP J2EE AutoProbe will not run because the directives files could not be loaded hotdeploy ISAgent , Quality of Service Data in Solution Manager Diagnostics - BW , Performance of Java System <SID> ,  No performance data is returned from BW InfoCube. ,
