1796585 - Confirmation status remains in "Approved" or "Error in process" status

Symptom

Confirmation status is stucked in I1017 - "Currently Being Transferred (i.e Approved)" or I1019 - "Error in process" after posting it. The status is not updated to I1018 - "Posted in the Backend", despite the ECC document was posted correctly.
