1796685 - Work schedule crossing midnight shows incorrect end time (00:00) instead of target end time

Symptom

When a work schedule crosses midnight (e.g., 23:00 to 04:00), entering the end time as 28:00 results in the system automatically resetting the end time to 00:00, instead of the correct target end time.

Note: In SAP, times beyond 24:00 are represented as “28:00” to indicate 04:00 the next day.
