1797227 - How do the "Retrieve Duplicate Rows" and "Avoid Duplicate Rows Aggregation" options work together in Web Intelligence?

You try to create a Web Intelligence document and want the same data in both the report display and the CSV file. You try to customize the following Web Intelligence settings:
- Retrieve Duplicate Rows
- Avoid Duplicate Row Aggregation
However, modifying these options does not appear to modify the display or output as you had expected.
