Symptom

When exporting a WebIntelligence report to CSV the "blank space" text qualifier is allowed to be selected in the dropdown, however once the OK button is clicked, a "[IllegalArgumentexception] <false> (Error: RWI 00011)(Error: INF)" error box appears.
