1799601 - Unable to change "Batch Management" flag in Material Master (transaction MM02 or App Change Material) due to log message "Batches already exist"

• Unable to deselect Batch Management flag (MARA-XCHPF or MARC-XCHPF) in Material Master.
• Message log is stating "Batches already exist." although all batches deleted.
• Not clear which batches are outstanding for material which is preventing the Batch Management Flag from being changed.
