1800277 - Error: Security right violation encountered and Promotion Jobs are partially successful

Scenario I

• When promoting Webi reports from DEV to QA/PROD environment, the jobs are partially successful.
• Folders and Universes/Connections are promoted, but Webi reports fail to commit.
• This is the error received:
  Resolution Status=Copied, Dependency Status=All the required dependencies are included., Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed.,
  Promotion Status=Failure : Security right violation encountered 

Scenario II

• Promotion Management Application reflects below error with partial success when the job containing webi reports and Analysis for Office objects is executed using delegated users:
  Failure : Security right violation encountered
• Here, the owner of such report objects in target landscape is not the delegated user or is a user outside the users groups that the delegated user is part of.
• This issue is not seen if the object owner in target landscape is admin user or the delegated user or if the object is not present in target landscape.

Other Scenarios

• Using delegated users when promoting objects with security
• Some jobs in Life Cycle Management(LCM) fail with error: Security right violation encountered and Promotion Jobs are partially successful : Everything promotes (folders etc.), except of the report or workbook with the above error.
• Promoting or exporting Business Views or related objects like Business Elements or Data connections upon clicking Promote fail with "404 Missing page error" whether promoting as Administrator or other delegated user.   
• Promotion failure while trying to promote security when saving the "Promote security setting"
  CMC throws one or more of the below errors:
• Clicking Promote fail with "404 Missing page error"   
• [{"AjaxRequestThrowsError":"True"}] 
• or
• "Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request. 
  The error from the server is: while trying to invoke the method com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.IInfoObject.getCUID() of a null object loaded from local variable 'roleInfoObject'"
  
  The user used for promotion has Full Access rights to the objects in the test transport workbooks.
