Symptom
You want to add or remove server nodes on your instance, but instead of being created in the correct order (server0, server1, server2...), they are created in some incorret order (i.e. server1, server4, server5...).
In the image below you can see that the server nodes are not following the ascending order of creation, as we have a server2 (ID8995052) and a server3 (ID8995053) but there is no server0 or server1.
