You attempt to access the SOLMAN WORKCENTER by executing transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER -> Change Management and following dump occurs :
RAISE_EXCEPTION dump in Abap program SAPLCRM_ORDER_OW
the exception condition is : SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE
Error is also produced when calling SOLMAN_SETUP and selecting System Preparation. A 500 error can be see and the dump written to ST22.
