1801285 - Unable to scroll to bottom of connection override list in Lifecycle Manager override settings interface

• In Lifecycle Manager, on the Connection Override tab in the Configure Override Settings interface, it is not possible to scroll to the bottom of the list of connections.  
• When scrolling to the bottom of the Connection Overrides list, the scroll bar jumps back to the top of the list again.
