1801292 - IDT (unx) Missing Data on JCO Relational Connection to BW

When the Information Design Tool universe (unx) makes a relational connection (JCO) to BW, some data in particular columns is missing, even though there's no error code.

Master data texts are not displayed in the Data Foundation. The text (data) is visible when looking in BW directly.

Direct BICS connection in WebI is also missing the same data.

The Universe Design Tool universe (UNV, OLAP connection) works correctly.
