1801500 - RFUMSV53 : How to use program when RFUMSV50 could not process some documents

Symptom

Program RFUMSV50 could not process some documents. Usually these documents were posted in previous years or before some notes implementation. RFUMSV50 can create Batch Input Session for them but not process it or show message "Batch Input Session is complete" without tax transfer posting. Sometimes these documents have wrong values in table DEFTAX_ITEM
