Symptom

  • The error is thrown when you try to access the Process Integration (PI) home page http://<hostname>:<port>/dir/start/index.jsp
    • Error: 500 Internal Server Error; Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)

  • The following errors can be seen in the defaultTrace files.
