Symptom

When adding a Talent to a Talent Review Meeting, there are three different warnings that may be listed even though the person has performance data:

  • 035     No performance data exists for talent &1
  • 036     No potential data exists for talent &1
  • 038     The potential scale for talent &1 is not compatible with calibration grid
