1803023 - Error occurred during the action deployall () when running Wdeploy

Symptom

The "Post Install" stage of the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence 4.0 SP4 Explorer installation is to deploy the Explorer web applications (If the webtier portion of the install is selected).

Wdeploy opens automatically after clicking "Finish" and you are brought into the Wdeploy gui.

In a default BI4 SP4 installation where Tomcat 6 is used, Wdeploy will redeploy all of the available SAP BusinessObjects BI4 web applications to the Tomcat instance. When all Wdeploy settings are verified and the "Run" button is selected, Wdeploy will start the deployment process but eventually fails at the end with the error:

C:\<install dir>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\wdeploy\logs
