Symptom

  • Vertical Grid lines fail to appear for Scorecard Component

Environment

  • Dashboard 4.0 SP05 Patch1

Reproducing the Issue

    1. Open Dashboard and drag Scorecard on the canvas
    2. Open the properties window for scorecard component and select Appearance
    3. Select Vertical Grid lines and change the color. Make sure Horizontal Grid lines is unchecked
    4. Notice that Vertical Grid lines does not appear

 

Cause

  • The issue has been identified as a product defect: # ADAPT01676687

Resolution

This issue is fixed on Service Pack 6 of SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.0
